• Check-in from 4:00 pm. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will gladly store your luggage so you can start exploring the mountains.
• Check-out by 10:00 am, payment is due by 11:00 am. If you would like to enjoy the afternoon with us, we can store your luggage until your departure.

We serve breakfast daily from 7:30 am to 10:00 am on the ground floor. Regional, plentiful and always fresh for you.

• You can park your car free of charge in our underground parking garage. Please keep the check-in parking spaces clear so that everyone can arrive and depart without any problems.
• E-charging stations are available for € 30 per charge. Once your car is fully charged, please move it to another parking space so that the next electric vehicle can use the charging station.

• Access to the ski slope is located directly opposite, between Hotel Alpenfriede and Hotel Schöne Aussicht – down the stairs.
• A second access point is at ground level through the tunnel near Hotel Enzian.

• Our reception team is available daily from 7:30 am to 12:00 noon to answer your questions and requests.

A bus runs to Sölden three times a day. You can find the current schedule on the monitor right at the entrance of our guesthouse.

Our private Hamrach spring at 2,140 meters supplies the entire apartment house with the finest drinking water. It means that every tap provides you with crystal-clear Hochsölden spring water - ideal for cooking, making coffee or simply enjoying.

High-speed WiFi throughout the guesthouse. Free of charge for you.

The minibar is empty, but a carafe of fresh spring water is provided. All other drinks and snacks can be found in the VIVO Alpine Market, open 24/7.

• Room cleaning takes place every 3 days. Would you prefer daily cleaning? No problem - we are happy to arrange that for € 10 per day.
• Please note that cleaning is not possible after 2:00 pm.

• All towels are washed in-house using eco-friendly detergent. Need a change? Just let us know.
• We change bed linens upon request – together we can help protect the environment.

Bathrobes are provided in your apartment. Comfortable sauna towels and slippers are waiting for you in your wellness bag. The size isn't right? Let us know and we will gladly exchange them.

Sustainable and regional: soap and shampoo in your apartment are provided by Walde Innsbruck.

• We accept cash as well as all major debit and credit cards.
• To avoid waiting times on your departure day, please settle your bill by 6:00 pm the evening before.

• Our front door is closed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• You can enter and exit at any time with your key card or access code.

• Do not use the sauna on an empty stomach or immediately after eating.
• Please only enter the sauna cabin unclothed.
• Always shower and dry yourself thoroughly before using the sauna.
• Place a large bath towel on the sauna bench.
• A sauna session lasts 8–12 minutes, maximum 15 minutes.
• Take a 2-minute break to get some fresh air.
• Always shower after the sauna.
• Wind down in the relaxation room and put your feet up.
• Drink plenty of water or tea.
   

All VIVO guests receive a discount on admission to AQUA DOME in Längenfeld. Please let us know the day before which admission you need and we will issue your personal voucher.

• Spa treatments can be booked at neighboring Hotel Enzian.
• Please note that advance booking is required and payment for treatments is made directly at Hotel Enzian.

Operating times of Rotkogel gondola lift: daily 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

• The pharmacy is located in the village center in Sölden. Open 8:30 am to 12:30 pm & 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm (except Sundays and public holidays).
• In case of medical emergencies: emergency call 112.

The ATM is located in the lobby of Hotel Enzian, directly opposite.

We love animals, but since your pet can't come skiing or snowboarding with you, it would be alone in the apartment a lot. For this reason, pets are unfortunately not allowed at VIVO. We appreciate your understanding.

Our entire apartment house is smoke-free. In case of violation, we reserve the right to charge cleaning fees of up to € 300. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette on the balcony.
